• Once all tickets are sold, the winner will be drawn on Facebook Live.
• Ticket numbers and names will be published on the BVFD Facebook page a few hours prior to the drawing.
• Winners will be notified after the live drawing by phone or email so make sure you provide valid contact information when the ticket is purchased.
• You will not receive an individual number but will get an email confirmation once a ticket is purchased.
• Must be 18 years of age to play.
• All State of West Virginia and federal tax laws apply.
• Out of state winner responsible for transfer fees for shipping.
• If you do not receive an email, please check your junk folder. Emails are occasionally slow, as long as you receive an order number your purchase was successful.
• BVFD is not responsible for what the winner does with their winnings.
• If you don’t claim you’re winning within thirty days the item will become Bedington Fire Department property.

Winning prizes will NOT be delivered to you. You must arrange to pick up your prize at the BVFD station or directly from the supplier if applicable.

• Out of state winner responsible for transfer fees for shipping.
• Winner MUST be able to pass a background check. If not, the firearm prize will become Bedington VFD property.
• BVFD is not responsible for what the winner does with their winning firearm.
• You will need to go to 2A Guns and Ammo at 5078 Williamsport Pike Suite F Martinsburg, WV 25404 to do the background check and claim your firearm.
• If you don’t claim you’re winning within thirty days the item will become Bedington Fire Department property.
